Yes Runners can do CrossFit

There’s fit and then there’s CrossFit. I am NOT a runner and I have a ton of respect for those that do – maybe in another life I will like running. BUT even runners can improve their times through the all body conditioning CrossFit provides. The following is an article that’s a couple months old, but the story is timeless.
