InspirFit Rock Steady Boxing classes for Parkinson’s start Monday!Gloves and wraps/fast wraps will be required and can be purchased at InspirFit for $30 if needed.
Drop in fee for class is $20 or a package of 10 is $150.
Current InspirFit athletes with group classes package can use their purchased classes to attend.

InspirFit and Spire CrossFit will be closed Friday and Saturday. The staff will be in MN with Team Spire competing at the Granite Games. This workout should get you moving at home. We will post a Chipper for your Saturday at home as well. Keep moving – see you Monday!
