InspirFit Rock Steady Boxing classes for Parkinson’s start Monday!
Classes will be held on
Mondays at 12:30pm – 1:30pm
Wednesdays at 12:00pm-1:00pm
More intense class Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:00pm
Gloves and wraps/fast wraps will be required and can be purchased at InspirFit for $30 if needed.
Drop in fee for class is $20 or a package of 10 is $150.
Current InspirFit athletes with group classes package can use their purchased classes to attend.

Team Spire at Granite Games 2018 – Gym closed Fri and Sat
InspirFit and Spire CrossFit will be closed Friday and Saturday. The staff will be in MN with Team Spire competing at the Granite Games. This workout should get you moving at home. We will post a Chipper for your Saturday at home as well. Keep moving – see you Monday!

2018 CrossFit Games Start Wednesday – Spire closed on Friday and Saturday
The 2018 CrossFit Games are HERE!
InspirFit / Spire CrossFit will be closed Friday August 3rd and Saturday August 4th.
Staff will be at the Games in Madison, WI.
